AHL - Advice if Holding
Records information when passengers arrive with their luggage missing. The passenger makes a declaration at the Claims office and the agent creates an AHL file for the lost baggage by entering and validating the information.Generates an AHL message that is sent to WorldTracer® which sends back a file reference, a document with all the necessary information for the passenger.
DR - Date Receival
Find owners of unclaimed/received bags through selection criteria and baggage details;Generates update in the WorldTracer AHL file reference and action file, a baggage label, and an update in the IVR system
DPR - Damaged and Pilferage Report
Records information when passengers arrive with damaged luggage or pilferage.Generates a DPR that is sent to WorldTracer® which sends back a file reference, a legal document for the passenger, including repair shop details/
OHD - On Hand
Records and amends information about the bag when no match at all (AHL, FWD) can be found in WorldTracer®. A pre-defined topic list assists the agent in entering the baggage content list.OHD that is sent to WorldTracer® which sends back a file reference, a print document and a baggage label, both containing amongst others the content list. Allows the possibility of automatic suspension of the OHD.
QOH - Quick On-hand
Sends a QOH message if, when during the DR process, no bag information is found in WorldTracer® .Stores related bag information in the “Not OK” baggage table. Maintains operational and status information of unclaimed/received bags in a table which enables the tracing agent to follow up the baggage status.
